 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

At Sushmi Signatures, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our items, we have a strict no refund or return policy, except in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged products received

• Incorrect item shipped

 

If your order qualifies for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and details.

 

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or stitched products (blouse stitching, fall & pico services)

• Products purchased during sale events, promotions, or discounts

• Slight variations in color, texture, or weave that occur due to handwoven craftsmanship

• Returns requested due to change of mind

 

3. Return Process

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

1. Email us at support@sushmi.studio within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos/videos as proof.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

3. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

4. The item must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging within 7 days.

 

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are only issued if a return request is approved and after receiving the item in its original condition.

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees, taxes, and any customization charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchange Policy

• We do not offer exchanges due to the exclusive nature of our collections.

• If you received an incorrect or defective item, you may request a replacement (if stock is available) instead of a refund.

 

6. Policy Updates

 

Sushmi Signatures reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website.
