No Returns or Exchanges
All sales at SUSHMI SIGNATURES are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us promptly with details of the product and the defect.
Eligibility for a Refund or Exchange
You are eligible for a refund or exchange if:

You submit a claim within 2 days of receiving the item
Steps to Claim a Refund or Exchange

Immediately upon receiving a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service at support@sushmi.studio. Provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.

Once your claim is verified, we will send you an email with instructions on how to send the damaged or defective item back to us. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging and accessories.

Receiving Your Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement item or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. Refund will be typically processed with in 3-4 business days or by the terms of payment gateway
Shipping Costs Shipping costs for returning the damaged or defective item will be covered by us. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
Exceptions Some items are exempt from returns, including:
