Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

        •       Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
        •       To cancel an order, please contact us at support@sushmi.studio with your order details as soon as possible.
        •       Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund.

Exceptions

        •  Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed.

Refund Process

        •       Once your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
