By purchasing from Sushmi Signatures, you acknowledge that variations in fabric colors, patterns, and handwoven details are natural characteristics of artisanal and handcrafted products. Sushmi Signatures shall not be held liable for minor discrepancies in color, texture, or design due to screen resolution differences or handmade craftsmanship.
All content, including images, logos, and text on sushmi.studio, is the exclusive property of Sushmi Signatures and cannot be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
Orders & Payments: All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Cancellations & Modifications: Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Minor modifications may be requested within 4 hours of purchase but are not guaranteed.
• Shipping & Delivery: We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and logistics. Sushmi Signatures is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.
• Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Please review our Return Policy before purchasing.
• Custom Orders: Custom and stitched items (including blouse stitching and fall & pico services) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
