These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated at sushmi.studio ("Site") by SUSHMI Signatures ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Eligibility

Use of this Site is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

2. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of the Site, including order placement, may require account registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. SUSHMI Signatures shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. 3. Products and Pricing

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

Prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate of 5%, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error, the Company shall notify the buyer prior to processing the order and may, at its sole discretion, cancel the order.

Owing to the handwoven nature of the products offered, minor variations in colour, texture, and pattern are inherent characteristics of authentic handloom craftsmanship. Such variations do not constitute defects and shall not serve as grounds for return or exchange.

4. Orders and Payment

The placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

Payment is processed securely through authorised payment gateway partners. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. Upon confirmation, the buyer shall receive an order confirmation and a GST-compliant tax invoice.

For pre-order items, the estimated delivery timeline shall be specified on the respective product page. Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and associated charges are governed by the Company's Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. The terms governing returns, exchanges, and refunds are set forth in the Company's Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the provisions contained therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photographs, graphics, design elements, and software — is the exclusive property of SUSHMI Signatures and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content from the Site without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

In connection with your use of the Site, you shall not:

• Utilise the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site
• Deploy automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, collect, or extract data from the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content through reviews, communications, or any other medium on the Site

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in violation of these provisions.

9. SUSHMI Plus+ Rewards Programme

Participation in the SUSHMI Plus+ Rewards Programme is governed by the programme terms as published on the Rewards page. Reward points carry no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to participants.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, SUSHMI Signatures, its proprietors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase of products. The Company's aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to such claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SUSHMI Signatures, its proprietors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site following any amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
